Virtual officers bring unique knowledge and expertise

A virtual team is a vehicle for sharing knowledge and joining forces on a roadmapped route to success. By utilising virtual officers, you can add unique expertise to your organisation and establish a mature, professionally structured IT unit, or realise the next level of security, privacy and compliance.

Virtual Information Officer

Databalance’s Virtual Information Officer will help you structure your service management and change management activities and harmonise interaction between your specialist partners. We follow a clear methodology and phasing, with predefined deliverables, such as a technical and organisational analysis and assessment of your existing IT environment. A Virtual Information Officer can also help you organise, implement and operate IT project management, IT service management, and IT governance at all levels. All on the basis of ITIL-based standard processes and best practices.

Virtual Security Officer

With Databalance’s Virtual Security Officer, you can develop a mature security, privacy and compliance policy to identify and mitigate risks and threats. As well as making various security, privacy and compliance assessments, the Virtual Security Officer will perform a risk analysis and advise on improvements. The Officer will also help you establish effective governance tailored to the management of relevant risks, and draw up a strategy for the short, medium and long term.

Like the sound of our virtual officers?

If you’d like to know more about Databalance’s virtual officers, we’d be happy to arrange an introductory visit. The officers are ‘virtual’ in terms of the role they play and the way they bring knowledge to your organisation. We don’t operate remotely, but are always happy to visit and exchange ideas about your organisation, business objectives, ambitions, IT and security.
