The role
As a Customer Success Manager, you are the face of Databalance to our customers. In this proactive and customer-focused role, you ensure that customers get the most value out of our Managed Services. You build lasting relationships based on trust, from the operational to the strategic level, and act as an internal customer advocate who communicates customer needs and feedback to the organization.
You monitor SLA agreements, guide onboarding processes, and organize periodic service reviews. In doing so, you have a commercial eye for opportunities: you identify possibilities for expanding our services and actively contribute to retention and growth. You work closely with Managed Services, Sales, and Project Services and switch seamlessly between client meetings at all levels and internal coordination.
You possess a college or university level of work and thinking, at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within IT services, and sufficient technical insight to operate credibly as a discussion partner.
