Essential and Optimal: choose the level that suits you
We offer two subscription plans to choose from, tailored to the level of support you need. Both subscriptions are flexible and can be cancelled on a monthly basis.
Managed Services Essential
Support when you need it, similar to an insurance policy. Each month you receive a set number of support hours, including Dutch-language support, response within 1 hour, daily follow-up, and Microsoft Premium Support. Any unused hours can be carried over to the following month. At the start, we conduct an intake assessment of your Microsoft environment, also covering any other environments for which you would like best-effort support.
Managed Services Optimal
Our specialists are always available to you, giving you complete peace of mind. In addition to all the benefits of Essential, you also benefit from follow-up on changes within 4 hours, security notifications, and proactive monitoring and optimisation of your environment. Within our fair use policy, you can make unlimited use of support each month, and we will even implement changes to existing functionalities on your behalf. To monitor your environment, we use standard Microsoft reports in Microsoft 365 and Azure, supplemented with additional tooling where needed, always in consultation with you.
