HR Officer (24-32 hours)
From administration to impact: you take care of it! Are you an organizational talent with a keen eye for detail? Does a well-organized personnel administration make you happy and do you enjoy contributing to a people-oriented HR policy? Then we are looking for you as our new HR Officer!

The function
In this versatile position, you will be the driving force behind our daily HR work. You will ensure that everything concerning inflow, transfer and outflow of employees runs smoothly. From processing personnel mutations to supporting absenteeism registration, application procedures and HR projects: you keep the overview and always think one step ahead.
Together with our HR Manager, you form a close-knit team that stands for a professional and personal HR policy. Colleagues appreciate your commitment, reliability and ability to switch quickly.
Your duties at a glance:
- Manage and process personnel movements and contracts
- Recording and monitoring sick leave
- Coordinate on and off duty procedures
- Assist with recruitment & selection and application procedures
- Participate in and initiate HR projects and improvement projects.
What do you bring?
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar HR role
- Completed education in HRM or payroll administration
- Accuracy, discretion and excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
