When their IT infrastructure reached its limits, they chose a fundamental step: a new, externally managed platform capable of structurally supporting their international growth ambitions.
Together with Databalance, they realized an active-active dual-datacenter platform with direct network connections between two locations. The full migration was completed without a single moment of service disruption, while alarm processing across tens of thousands of systems continued uninterrupted. He holds the rare Fortinet NSE 8 certification, achieved by approximately 450 professionals worldwide, and placed second in the European Cisco NetRiders competition. But what truly sets Leroy apart is what he does with that expertise.
During a period of strong growth and integrations, he brought four fragmented networking teams together into one cohesive unit. He replaced three separate ITSM systems with a single central platform now used by 75 engineers to serve more than 200 clients. Under his leadership, the networking team achieved a minimum of 40% annual growth in managed network devices, without expanding the team.
