Who are you and what is your role at Databalance?
My name is Sanne Dolphijn and I have been happily working at Databalance as a Senior Account Manager for over a year now. In this role, I support a number of great, large clients with their digital challenges. I think it’s important to really understand what’s going on within an organization and to work together to find solutions that fit their ambitions. I enjoy building strong, lasting relationships and ensuring a good balance between the interests of the client and those of Databalance.
How did you end up at Databalance?
I came across Databalance through a recruiter. What immediately appealed to me was Databalance as a strategic and innovative IT partner. In addition, I felt a lot of confidence from the very first contact. It is an environment where a lot is happening, where there is room for initiative, and where there is a strong focus on collaboration and quality. That made the decision to start here very obvious.
What knowledge do you bring to the team?
I bring a strong customer focus, enthusiasm, and perseverance. Databalance is a fast-growing and innovative organization with many opportunities, which I am eager to actively contribute to. By listening carefully to customers and involving the right people within Databalance, I help to make long-term collaborations successful.
What makes working at Databalance appealing to you?
The combination of customers, colleagues, and Databalance’s development as an organization makes my work enjoyable. Not one day is the same. Together with my colleagues, we ensure that the service we provide to our customers is optimal, so that they receive the 9+ quality they have entrusted us with and as agreed in the preliminary phase. In addition, there are plenty of opportunities to contribute ideas, develop yourself, and continue to build the organization together.
Which customer challenges do you enjoy solving the most?
I prefer to work with my colleagues to help customers create a modern and well-managed IT environment. An environment that supports the customer’s business operations, is innovative, secure, and user-friendly, and takes care of everything for the customer. This allows them to focus on their own services, while we provide a stable and future-proof IT foundation.
What are you passionate about and what would you get up early for?
I am sociable, competitive, and entrepreneurial. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our daughter, family, and friends. At home, I enjoy spending time with our dog. I also love to play sports, especially tennis and skiing. I also get a lot of joy from traveling. I have enjoyed traveling to countries such as China, Oman, and Indonesia, but I also enjoy city trips just as much.
What are you most proud of in your work?
For me, pride comes mainly from the clients I work with and the role I play in their IT transition. The trust they place in me and Databalance, and the fact that we are actually helping them move forward, gives me a lot of satisfaction. It is precisely these long-term collaborations that make my work really enjoyable for me.
