Team Lead Service Desk

Do you want to lead a Service Desk team and contribute to exceeding customer expectations? Do you have experience managing SLAs, proactive problem management and inspiring a team? Then we would love to get in touch with you!

The function

As Teamlead Service Desk, you will be part of the heart of the operation for a large number of clients who purchase various Managed IT Services from us. On a daily basis, you play a crucial role in exceeding customer expectations, based on the contracted SLAs and KPIs. And given our ambition to grow, you will thus make an important contribution to our commercial activities to further expand our services with clients.

In addition to managing the current scope of customers and processes, you are the initiator for the further integration of the Service Desk into other parts of our organization. With your passion for setting up processes, you will make the integration a success in addition to the day-to-day.

You provide proactive problem management and are always looking for structural improvements to prevent incidents in the future or resolve them faster. You do all this together with your team of about 10 colleagues, in which you inspire, coach and thus support your team in the journey to continuously professionalize the Service Desk.
